my standards not theirs

I don’t really care what other crews do or don’t do, I don’t care what is minimally acceptable, and I definitely don’t care what people think of me for how I lead my crew.

It is frustrating to see crews that don’t care but even more frustration is when you’re expected to lower your standards to meet those that are subpar. That’s a line that I’m not willing to cross.

Keep your standards high no matter what is “acceptable” or the norm. We hold ourselves to higher standards because that’s the right thing to do.
